The chairman of the Arkansas Democratic Party has died after being shot earlier today by a gunman who forced his way into the party's headquarters.The suspected gunman was shot during a police chase and died, the Associated Press news agency reports.I'll post an update with more information if and when it becomes available.
…The authorities have not yet named the suspected gunman, said to be a 51-year-old man, and the motive for the shooting remains unclear.
