Sara's Secret is a franchised chain and home party scheme that specializes in the distribution of "the finest in romance accessories." And, apparently, they think the best way to market their wares to the ladiez is by associating their brand with implied sexual assault.
I quite honestly do not understand how there is a single adult in America who can argue with a straight face that there isn't something deeply fucked up about our culture when an image like this, so replete with casual menace, is considered not only appropriate for public consumption, but totally uncontroversial.
