Suggested by Mama Shakes: What's the most interesting thing you've ever seen on a gravestone or at a gravesite?
Mama Shakes quotes an engraving she saw on a headstone in a cemetery in New York many years ago: "Minnehaha Bedell, wife of Elephalet Snedecor."
Now those are some kickass names.
The most interesting thing I've ever seen was a game of Monopoly left beside a headstone, with the little hat left on top of the headstone, as if to say, "Your move."
