The review said "notable operational gains" had been made and Taliban momentum had been "arrested" in much of the country and reversed in some areas, but any gains were fragile and reversible.


Now, it may be just me, but don't Biden and Clinton both look like they have some variation of "STFU." going on in their thoughts? What say you? What would you caption this one?
