I honestly can't even wrap my head around the sort of selective thinking that allows one to hold such a belief. As has been loudly and contemptuously observed by Iain (and rightfully so) every time he has to listen to that shit on some cable news show, the US is not the only country in which people play lots of video games, including violent first-person shooters. The US is, however, rare in its easy access to a wide variety of guns for most of its residents.
