A receiving line for Prom King Rick "Supergross" Santorum forms on the floor of the Texas Senate today.
Immediately after everyone got their picture taken with Rick, the Senate decided to adjourn for the day in memory of the wife of a staffer. The woman had died from breast cancer at 35, which is (as some of you might have heard!) one of the breast cancers that Planned Parenthood and other Texas clinics devoted to women's reproductive health specifically screens for.
What a perfect state government I have!
