For those who aren't on Twitter and/or may have missed it, I have embedded it below.
Let me tell you why: I care that Donald Trump had a consensual affair with Stormy Daniels (and possibly a number of other women) while married to Melania because disloyalty and faithlessness are key features of his character — which is dangerous in a president.

That probably wouldn't be a significant concern, however, if Trump hadn't ALSO shown that he is disloyal to the nation. Despite his (anti-Semitic) "America First" sloganeering, Trump has repeatedly shit-talked democratically-elected U.S. leaders and praised foreign autocrats.

Despite the fact he makes people who work for him sign "loyalty pledges," many of them have swiftly discovered that loyalty only goes one way with Donald Trump. He'll fire someone for a multitude of terrible reasons, starting with the failure to demonstrate sufficient sycophancy.

Trump made many (ridiculous and unfulfillable and vile) promises to his base while he was campaigning, most of which he broke immediately and shamelessly, because he has not a modicum of desire to keep faith with anyone, ever.

Which brings us back to his marriages. He has been unfaithful to each of his three wives. And, yeah, normally I'd say that's their private business, which I believe even when people are public figures. But Trump's cheating is part of a demonstrable pattern of disloyalty.

That's a big fucking problem, because he is not just some random asshole. He is the President of the United States, and his disloyalty thus matters to the people of this nation and people around the world.
— Melissa McEwan (@Shakestweetz) March 26, 2018
It's a personal act of faithlessness by a president whose faithfulness to the nation he's meant to protect has come under scrutiny, for very serious reasons. And I alarmed by his consistent failure of loyalty.
— Melissa McEwan (@Shakestweetz) March 26, 2018
I care very much indeed that Donald Trump doesn't seem able to commit to anything other than the vainglorious self-aggrandizement of his own voracious ego, no matter the cost to anyone else.
