You may have seen headlines over the past 24 hours or so that actor TJ Miller has been arrested by the FBI and charged with calling in a fake bomb threat.
That's technically accurate, but:
It seems important to note that TJ Miller, who's been accused of sexual assault, did not merely call in a false bomb threat, but specifically made a "report that a female passenger with whom he'd allegedly been feuding on the DC–New York train had 'a bomb in her bag.'" https://t.co/q2QRtUBGmA

That's not just a bomb hoax. It's putting a specific individual woman at risk of potentially being harmed by law enforcement via a bomb hoax.

Essentially, he swatted her, except that he used the bomb squad instead of a SWAT team.
It is a highly relevant detail that Miller didn't just randomly call in a bomb threat, but instead targeted a specific woman for retribution, especially as he has previously been accused of sexually assaulting and punching a woman.
Something worth noting when the inevitable excuses about drinking to excess are made. Alcohol doesn't make someone a violent misogynist.
